As a laboratory technician (m/f/d) in the "QC mEMT Kaiseraugst" group in pharmaceutical quality control, you will ensure reliable and efficient microbiological environmental monitoring for our manufacturing customers at the Kaiseraugst site, ensuring the safety of our products and thus the well-being of our patients.

The perfect candidate: As a laboratory technician (m/f/d) in pharmaceutical quality control microbiology in Kaiseraugst, you will be responsible for the reliable, efficient, and timely execution of laboratory analyses in accordance with internal regulations and their documentation in accordance with the current guidelines of good manufacturing practice (cGMP) in order to ensure the safety of our products and thus the well-being of our patients.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Preparation and implementation of sampling of microbiological samples (e.g. airborne microbial samples, surface contact samples) and particle monitoring in the clean rooms
* Implementation of microbiological and chemical-physical sampling of pure media (e.g. WFI, gases)
* Implementation of filtrations of different water qualities (e.g. WFI, PW)
* Incubation, evaluation and documentation of the results in the LIMS
* Implementation of sample logistics
*The activities are carried out independently according to general instructions, in compliance with all GMP/SOP and legal regulations
*To maintain qualified laboratory operations, you ensure both order and cleanliness in the laboratory and the suitability of the test equipment and consumables used
*Willingness to actively participate in a physically demanding work environment and to participate in weekend shifts are essential characteristics of this role.

Must Haves:
* You have completed training (biology, chemical laboratory technician, chemical/pharmaceutical technologist or equivalent training) or have relevant experience in laboratory work in microbiology as well as experience in the field of microbiological environmental monitoring
* You are also fluent in German (written and spoken) and English
* You work carefully and accurately and value teamwork
* Experience with GMP (documentation) and its system is desired (*****)
* You are a diligent work ethic and have practical skills (*****)
* Very good teamwork skills and willingness to embrace change
* Good logical thinking and clear written expression
* Someone local (max. 30 km radius) or someone willing to relocate
