The Diabetes Center Berne (DCB) is a private, independent Swiss foundation dedicated to making life with diabetes easier. Aufgaben
Independently coordinate and manage clinical research projects in the field of diabetes and diabetes technology
Ensure compliance with, Ethics committees, Swissmedic and international regulatory standards (ICH-GCP)
Oversee study protocols, ethics submissions, patient recruitment, data management, and monitoring
Liaise with investigators, study sites, regulatory authorities, and sponsors
Support the development of study documentation, case report forms (CRFs), and final reports
Write, review, and approve study data analysis documents using DCB or client SOPs Collaborate with clinical project managers and other data team members
Qualifikation
Higher degree (Bachelor/Master) in life sciences, nursery or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing clinical studies, ideally in MedTech or diabetes
Deep knowledge of the Swiss research and regulatory landscape, including Swiss Ethics committees, Swissmedic, and GCP
Excellent knowledge of clinical trials from first-in-human through post marketing
Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Workplace in Bern, home office possible (max two days)
