Position Summary

The Senior Manager People & Culture will play a strategic role in aligning HR functions, coordinating group-wide initiatives, and supporting the organization’s international growth. Reporting to the CFO, this holding-level position focuses on driving strategic HR alignment, talent development, and operational excellence across the group. The role also includes overseeing HR activities for smaller entities in Dubai and the Netherlands while fostering cross-entity collaboration and supporting on implementing HR foundational processes for new key projects.

Tasks

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Aligning HR strategies with group-wide objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational culture and HR trends.
  • Foster a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
  • Guide the organization on HR topics as part of its international expansion and local growth, advising and executing the change management process.

HR Group Coordination and Support

  • Facilitate collaboration between international entities to ensure consistency in HR practices and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate existing processes and implement streamlined approaches where appropriate.

Talent Development and Retention

  • Implement group-wide talent development frameworks to address skill gaps and nurture leadership potential.
  • Design retention strategies, including incentive programs and career pathways.
  • Promote continuous learning and growth, building a culture of excellence across the group.

Recruitment and Workforce Strategy

  • Develop an international recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with entity leaders to forecast workforce needs and optimize hiring efforts.

Financial and Analytical Oversight

  • Manage HR budgets and assess the financial impact of HR initiatives.
  • Monitor workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions.

HR Operations

  • Coordinate HR activities for the Netherlands operations, acting as HR Manager for the core team part of the Netherlands entity (including but not limited to recruitment, contracting and on-boarding of new joiners).
  • Act as HR Manager for employees employed at holding-level.
  • Support in the operational setup of HR activities required within new projects, such as but not limited to cereneo Prevention clinic.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, business psychology, organizational development, or a related field.

Experience: At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR, organizational development, or people-focused project coordination in an international environment, with exposure to strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills:

  • Analytical expertise for budgeting, workforce planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency with HR tools and data analytics systems strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with payroll processes and systems is preferred
  • Understanding and knowledge of Swiss labour law and/or European labour law is an advantage.
  • Excellent English is a must; German is preferred, additional languages are an advantage.
  • Healthcare industry and/or Hotel and Gastronomy experience is a plus but not required.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance hands-on operational needs.
  • Problem-solving attitude, open to tackling new challenges.
  • Open-minded, experience with diverse cultures and organizations, previous international experience is a strong advantage.
  • Organized, detail oriented.

Location & Travel:

  • Long-Term Base: To be determined based on organizational needs.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
