What you'll be doing
  • Lead all phases of study management: Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout
  • Gather customer requirements and translate into internal deliverables
  • Develop study documentation, track equipment, and manage data archiving
  • Monitor timelines and financials (budget reviews, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing)
  • Identify and mitigate study risks; escalate issues as needed
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication across internal and external teams
  • Present study services at meetings and support client interactions
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Ensure compliance with required training and documentation
What we look for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
  • 1–4 years of project management experience, ideally in pharma or clinical research
  • Knowledge of the drug development process
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and responsive to client needs
  • Valid passport and ability to travel up to 20%
  • PM Certification as applicable
