Pflege und Betreuung von akute und chronische Dialysepatientinnen und -patienten unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse
Gestaltung eine patientinnen- und patientenorientierte Pflege und tragen die Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess
Durchführung von chronische und akute Hämodialyse- und Apheresebehandlungen
Verantwortung für technisch und hygienisch einwandfreie Shuntpunktion
Arbeitseinsätze Montag bis Samstag mit Pikettdienst 1-2x pro Monat (nach der Einarbeitungszeit nach Absprache)

Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann AKP / DN II / HF / FH
