WE ARE HIRING – SALES TRAINER (COSMETIC INDUSTRY)

Full-Time Position | Zurich, Switzerland

Samra GmbH is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer specialized in cosmetic sales and beauty technology to join our growing team in Zurich.

We work with innovative skincare and beauty devices such as OPATRA London and Nutonix, combining luxury skincare, LED technology, and high-end customer experience.

Your Role:

• Train and support sales teams in cosmetic and device sales
• Demonstrate LED and skincare devices to clients and staff
• Help improve sales techniques and customer communication
• Conduct product knowledge and consultation training
• Support team motivation and performance growth

Requirements:

• Opatra Professional Trainer with experience in cosmetic sales and beauty industry training
• Knowledge of LED skincare devices and beauty technology
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• English required
• Spanish is highly preferred
• Positive energy, professional appearance, and sales-driven mindset
