The Opportunity :
They are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Institutional Sales professional to join their team in Zurich at their office, where you will drive the expansion of their professional investor network in the heart of the city’s vibrant financial ecosystem.
Your Mission :
- Build and nurture relationships with professional investors in the Swiss-German region (family offices, independent wealth managers, private banks, HNWIs).
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored investment solutions to your clients.
- Boost its visibility and strengthen brand recognition in Zurich.
- Lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Collaborate across teams (acquisition, marketing, product development) to align their offerings with investor needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve platform features and enhance the client experience.

- Proven experience: A strong track record in sales and relationship management with professional investors (e.g., family offices, wealth managers, private banks).

- Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (French and Swiss-German are a plus).
